Becoming part of the BB Woof Inc. franchise family entitles you to a far-reaching range of support services. This includes ongoing support and training to make your own The Big Bad Woof® store as successful as possible, to serve your local community.

• Training. You'll attend classroom training covering the areas of administrations, operations, and sales/marketing. On-the-job training will give you first-hand experience in the daily operations of a The Big Bad Woof® store. Just prior to and immediately following the opening of your own store, we'll send an experience trainer to help you get off to a howling good start!
• Operations Manual. You will be given a comprehensive operations manual that contains detailed information about our policies, procedures and more. You'll be able to rely on this manual as your “go-to” guidebook as you're getting started and in the years ahead.
• Marketing Support. We'll supply you with consumer marketing plans and professionally produced advertising materials for use in your market. Plus, your special events and The Big Bad Woof® website will serve as excellent promotional vehicles in and of themselves!
• Site Selection. We will provide you with clear guidelines for choosing a suitable location for your own The Big Bad Woof® store. Considerations will include locations in busy areas with good visibility that are also relatively close but not limited to middle to upper median income residential areas.
• Ongoing Operational Support. We're dedicated to assisting you, and will provide ongoing training and support in areas including unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, technical systems support, and administrative procedures. Plus, a trained The Big Bad Woof field representative will periodically visit your store to provide any help and answer any questions.
